This Limited Warranty is provided by Rapid Strength & Fitness Health Ltd. ("Rapid Strength") and applies exclusively to physical goods purchased directly from our company.

 Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. It does not cover issues arising from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period for physical goods is 90 days from the date of purchase. For replacement goods or repaired parts, the warranty extends to the remaining period of the original warranty or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Remedy

During the Warranty Period, Rapid Strength will, at its discretion:
a) Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, or
b) Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
a) Normal wear and tear
b) Cosmetic damage
c) Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
d) Damage from failure to follow instructions
e) Damage from improper maintenance or storage
f) Loss of product functionality due to failure to install necessary software updates

Limitation of Liability

Rapid Strength's maximum liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

a) Standard Warranty: All products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase at no additional cost.

b) Accidental Damage Protection: Available as an optional add-on, this covers accidental damage not included in the standard warranty.

c) Expedited Service: For a nominal fee, customers can opt for expedited repair or replacement service.

d) Technical Support: Free technical support is available for the entire 6-month warranty period to assist with product-related queries and troubleshooting.

e) Product Registration: Customers are encouraged to register their products online to streamline the warranty claim process and receive product updates.

f) Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the original 6-month warranty period, provided proof of original purchase is available.

g) Warranty Extension: After the initial 6-month period, customers have the option to purchase additional warranty coverage for extended protection.
