 Aspartic Acid Is an amino acid that stimulates growth hormone and testosterone production.  Testosterone levels can be increased for up to 10 days, so this product should be cycled.

Suggested use: add 3.5 grams to 200ml of water or juice, shake and consume immediately. Consume once per day.  Use for up to 12 days on and discontinue use for 7 days, repeat.
