No Mercy !! Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, sprint 10 yards, walk back to station and start next exercise.
2 minute rest once completed and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
- Bear Crawl
- Kettlebell Swing (double)
- Med ball Slam
- Wood chop’s
- Kettlebell Cleans (right hand)
- Plank (alternate from left, right and traditional on each round)
- Kettlebell Cleans (left hand)
