No Mercy !! Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, sprint 10 yards, walk back to station and start next exercise.
2 minute rest once completed and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

  • Kettlebell Swing (double)
  • Lunge
  • Med ball Slam
  • Inchworms
  • Wood chop’s
  • Burpee
  • Kettlebell Cleans (right hand)
  • Plank (alternate from left, right and traditional on each round)
  • Kettlebell Cleans (left hand)
