Directions for use 

 

Add 70g of Performance Protein (2 Level Scoops) to 250ml of water or milk and shake well.
As a protein supplment take 1 or 2 servings of Performance Protein split throughout the day. Take one serving (2 level scoops) 30 minutes prior to exercise and other servings between meals.
