Stop making excuses
Why do most people fail to meet goals or get results? There’s always an excuse. Didn’t have time, was too tired, didn’t know what to do etc etc. People always look for the shortcut or don’t invest enough time in something. People will often piggy back loads of different methods or plans and never really build any momentum in any of them. There are a wealth of training programs or nutritional plans available that will give results, but unless you commit, ride out the good with the bad and stick with it then the chances are that in 12 months time you will have made no forward progression and will still be looking for the magical quick fix. Results don’t come from a magical quick fix, they come from sticking to something consistently and remaining disciplined.
