Circuit can be completed as a bodyweight circuit or additional resistance ie barbells/dumbells etc can be added
Timings:
3 minute intervals
1 minute rest
Forward Lunge
Squats
Jumping squats
Calf raise
Donkey kicks
Glute bridge
