Fascia stretch training

Fascia Stretch Training or FST is a high volume training method to help build more muscle by pumping as much blood into the muscle fibres. During this process. the fascia,  stretches giving the fibres  more room to accept more blood.

It is during sufficient recovery that the muscle fibers will eventually grow into the expanded area that has been created by the stretched fascia.
